CrossFit MaxOn is a group of positive and friendly people who want to get fitter or maintain their fitness in a fun and safe setting. CrossFit MaxOn coaches adjust exercises making our training sessions suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Our members vary in age from teens to seventies with comfortable 50:50 male/female - creating nice feel and balance to our gym.
CrossFit MaxOn gym is a great open space with top-notch equipment: barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio machines, etc. There is plenty of free parking directly outside the box. On-hand professional coaching is provided during every class. We are easy to get to, just off the Silk Road, or via the back roads if the Silk Road is busy.
CrossFit MaxOn's philosophy is based on hard work, mutual respect and teamwork. We train hard together. We support each other during workouts. We encourage and celebrate personal excellence inside as well as outside the gym.
